Delivery Timeframe

| Pre-order Items | Delivery for pre-order laser engravers will be made within 30 to 90 days. |
| Refurbished Items | Refurbished laser engravers will be delivered within 3 to 20 days. |
The total time for your order includes both processing and delivery times:
- Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse, including preparation, quality checks, and packing. Processing typically takes 24–48 hours.
- Delivery Time: This is the time between when your order is shipped and when it is delivered to you. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time mainly depends on the courier.
Please note: due to unforeseen circumstances, some items may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, we will promptly contact you.
To help us ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask you to ensure that your address is accurate, and be aware that a signature may not always be required upon delivery.
Please Note: Our products are stored in our local warehouse in Canada. Orders shipped within Canada will be dispatched from our Canada warehouse, and no additional customs duties will be required.
